At UG3DS, the prototyping process begins with a detailed computerized design created using advanced CAD software or accurate 3D scanning data. The finalized design is then exported into a 3D-printable format such as STL or OBJ. Once the file is uploaded to the printer, the slicing software divides the model into thin layers and sends precise instructions to the machine to build the object layer by layer with high accuracy.

After printing is completed, the component undergoes a careful post-processing stage. The printed part is cleaned using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove any excess resin or surface residue. This is followed by post-curing and finishing procedures, including the removal of support structures and minor surface imperfections, ensuring a clean, strong, and production-ready 3D printed component.
